Alonso Photography, its users, image makers and its licensors own all intellectual property rights relating to the content and works on this website. Distribution, copying and any other use of these materials is not permitted without written permission from the owner, except and only to the extent otherwise provided in mandatory law regulations.

All works offered for sale have been made available for this purpose by the relevant image makers of Alonso Photography. These image makers have certified copyright and other acquired rights to offer these images for sale.

If there is any unlawful use of these images, we will refer you to the relevant image maker. To the extent you secure Alonso Photography in such a situation, we will sue the image maker.

 

Privacy

Alonso Photography will therefore not send contact details of image makers. Messages addressed to the image makers of Alonso Photography will be forwarded to these image makers. It is then the choice and responsibility of the image maker whether or not to include personal data.
